With extensive science and engineering backgrounds, we entered the real estate world after years of long invigorating collaboration on various private and voluntary ventures.

Possessing a Mechanical Engineering Diploma and a BSc. in Computer Science, Noa has vast experience as a software developer in Financial, Health, Construction and Engineering environments. Noa is a “power girl” that has managed to break gender glass ceilings. Noa loves swimming and taking long walks in nature.   

Successfully acquiring a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Gideon has expertise within Robotics and Optimization. He has been a University Professor, a Director of Engineering at both private and not-for-profit organizations and is currently the CEO of a Startup that develops robotics and AI solutions. Gideon loves climbing and taking long walks in nature.  

Our real estate journey started when we bought several single-family homes, subsequently renovating, renting, managing, and refinancing them. As our passion for real estate grew, we joined a real estate educational program. Through this program, our focus has shifted towards investment and management of multi-family buildings. Through BlauFox Real Estate Inc., we established connections with realtors, mortgage brokers, management companies and lawyers across Canada. These relationships have allowed us to build a strong professional team with the required expertise to find, assess and execute the best real estate deals.

We have also joined forces with other wonderful real estate entrepreneurs like the Property Equity Group. Such groups allow leveraging its partners’ experience, knowledge, and enthusiasm for real estate, to grow the business, strengthen friendships and explore new frontiers.
